Thank you for your interest and support of the Ginny Marie Wellness Centers / Hope Group Outreach Clinic. Listed below, is our clinic procedures ;

CLINIC / OUTREACH APPOINTMENTS -

You can make appointments by calling 208-323-1290, or sending an e-mail to GSwellness2008@aol.com You will receive a phone call or e-mail confirmation of your appointment. You must provide a twenty four hour notice, if you cancel your appointment. Without the cancellation notice, you will be charged a $ 20.00 fee.

PAYMENT POLICY -

We do not accept insurance or government payment program payment. Payment is expected at the time of service. We do not carry patient accounts.
