Since 2008, Ginny Marie Wellness Centers has provided quality mental health programs. In 2011, we designed our new educational program for Clients through Southwest Idaho. We are quite proud, that our relapse rate is less than four percent. Enclosed is our new 2012 Ginny Marie Educational program;

PROFESSIONAL EVALUATIONS :
( Independent Evaluations )

If you need a personal or Court Ordered evaluation, we can provide this service. An independent evaluation will be performed by Whitney Godsill, LMSW or J. Johnson , BSW / CADC Aspen Addiction Services. Upon completion, Dr. Smith will review the evaluation, and forward to the Courts and Attorney's.

GINNY MARIE PROCEDURES :

* Appointment cancellation require a twenty four hour notice. A $ 25.00 fee will be charged, if the notice is not provided.

* Progress reports will be provided monthly, for Courts / Attorney's / PO's. The report will be provided at no additional charge.

* Client must pay actual cost for all workbooks.

* Client's must achieve a 70% or better in coursework, projects, and final exams, in order to receive Certificate of Achievement.

Our new " 2011 / 2012 Visions Program " provides focus toward education, rather than traditional counseling. Education provides our Clients tools to solve complex challenges. This program is available as our "Signature Personal Course". It is also available as a "Rewards Group Course".

These programs are available as a " Court Ordered " or " Private Client " assignment. Our talented staff provides educational tools, which include state approved coursework. Free membership is provided for Clients in our exclusive "Rewards Plus Members Program".

# GMWC 104 COUPLE'S RETREAT

This program is an intense Two Day / One Night Encounters Couple Retreat. The retreat is held at our Ginny Marie Wellness Center, located in beautiful Cascade, Idaho. The cost per couple is $ 149.00. Fee includes lodging, meals, instruction materials, and a couple's life plan. Coursework includes all focus issues listed in # GMWC # 103 program.
